Very good experience calling Drain Rescue today. The rep arrived on time and we agreed on the work that needed to get done and a reasonable price. He did not quit until he was satisfied it was solved which really stood out, I do not expect that from a typical service. A very good value considering the attention we got. Would recommend.
They came the same day (after 3 other companies promised that and did not show up). My technician was very kind and very skilled. He solved the problem quickly and the whole experience was overall very pleasant.
Drain Rescue is definitely true to it's name. My drain was completely blocked and not at all functional when I called them. They asked if I needed someone to come out the same day (it was evening). I declined since it wasn't really an emergency, just a huge inconvenience. The plumber came out right on the time the next morning and had my drain fixed in about 30 minutes. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.
The guys did a great job excavating both the inside and outside of my house to replace 6-8 feet of drain pipes. They cleaned up well and were very friendly. They also had very competitive pricing.
Been having issues with my main drain for 2 years finally Drain rescue came and changed my clay pipes to Pvc and now everything is working great.
